In September 2019, while working with various companies in the food sector in Dubai, and seventeen years after starting my career, I decided to step back from the corporate world to dedicate myself exclusively to the education and awareness of food consumers in an integrative way, with many focus on family food safety.
A born entrepreneur and focused on my mission - after all, losing a father to cancer changes our focus - I have been a frequent presence in the media in Portugal, especially on various television channels, whenever the topic is safe and healthy eating.
My goal is to educate, empower, and expand the awareness of food consumers about the importance of safe and healthy eating for a happy individual in harmony with their health and the health of the planet.
